Denver has been cold, cold, cold lately! And my fiance doesn't also eat keto, so most of the time I try to sneak normal food in a keto way, that way I'm only making one meal! 😂
This Butter Bobs Chili is perfect! And it makes so. much. food. As I write this post, we still have 1 serving left in the fridge.. after 5 days of eating off of it! Not every meal of course, but I think we've each had 4-5 bowls of chili!
I'm sure that this would the perfect chili to make and then freeze in single servings for quick grab meals when you're in a rush!

Brown 4 pounds of ground beef (I used my dutch oven).
Once browned, throw in 1 chopped onion, 1 bag frozen peppers, 1 can rotel tomatoes, 1 10 oz can tomato sauce, 1/4 cup chili powder, 2 tbsp cumin, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 32 oz beef broth.
I let the chili come to a boil and then simmered on low for 2-3 hours, stirring every once and a while!
Since this is a leftover bowl of chili in the picture, it has a cut up hot dog in it, because.. why not?!
See, so easy!
